FAQ

Our barrel saunas typically reach 150–160°F within 45–60 minutes of firing. We arrive early to start the fire, so your rental time begins once the sauna is at temperature — not when we arrive.
Just a flat area in your yard (grass, gravel, or pavement works), access to water for dousing the rocks, and your towels. We bring the sauna, firewood, kindling, and everything needed to operate it safely.
Our saunas use a traditional wood-burning stove with a proper chimney and heat shield. We walk you through safe operation before we leave. We're also fully insured. Standard sauna safety rules apply — stay hydrated, take breaks, and don't use alone if you have heart conditions.
The sauna trailer needs a roughly 12ft × 20ft flat area with vehicle access. A standard residential driveway or backyard with gate access works great. We'll confirm your space works during booking.
Absolutely. We've done bachelorette parties, farm stays, corporate wellness events, birthday parties, and athletic recovery days. For larger events or recurring bookings, contact us for a custom quote.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. We're flexible for weather-related rescheduling — just contact us and we'll work something out.
